At LODWorkwear, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at an authorized collection point to begin the refund process.
